Here’s what happened at the Food and Hotel Expo Manila 2020

The 2020 edition of Food and Hotel Expo Manila (FHEM) kicked off last February 21 at the SMX Convention Center Manila Hall 4 and lasted until February 23.

With the theme “Rediscovering The Flavours North & South Culinary Fusion”, FHEM 2020 was attended by people from the F&B industry, culinary students, food bloggers, buyers and sellers looking for the current trends in the food, beverage and hotel sectors.

The 3-day event was filled with different highlights that were fun, engaging and educational – cooking demos with talented Filipino chefs like Chef Manny de Leon, Chef Anthony Ang, Chef Tadie Magadia, Chef Boy Logro, to name a few; free tasting of various food, snacks and wines; discounted food machinery and equipment, and more!

A bigger and better Food and Hotel Expo Manila is expected again next year where it will surely continue to be an avenue for the leaders in the F&B and Hotel industry to showcase trends and host various B2B connections and P2P meetings.
